Jessica S. Rowley

After several years litigation experience, Jessica joined the firm in 2017. She concentrates her practice on Taft-Hartley multiemployer fringe benefit fund representation – health and welfare, defined benefit and contribution pension, and 401(k) funds, with an emphasis on ERISA and IRC compliance.

She counsels clients on a wide range of issues, including IRS correction programs, plan documentation, workplace policies and procedures, various leave laws, contract negotiations, and other general employment matters.

Jessica has litigated ERISA matters in multiple federal district courts and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to her employee benefit practice, Jessica represents regional automotive service and distribution companies in contract disputes and collection matters.

In 2022, 2023 and 2024, Jessica was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
