Jessica S. Rowley

Since joining the firm in 2017, she has concentrated her practice on Taft-Hartley multiemployer fringe benefit fund representation and employee benefits, with an emphasis on ERISA and IRC compliance.

Jessica has litigated ERISA matters in multiple federal district courts and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also represents clients in labor and employment matters, including workplace policies, handbooks, waivers and releases, workplace harassment and discrimination, and employment agreements.

In 2022, Jessica was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
